We started our original layout on our kitchen floor and then ran out of room, so we had to move to the unfinished dining room.

We then laid out the track how we want it and then built buildings and vehicles to go with it. We soon ran out of parts and have to aquire more. You always think you have loads of pieces until you start to build with them.

The original layout had a small high street, train yard, factories, farm, airport and hotel along with a collection of vehicles.
